Message	bill you for something they don't have in stock or backordered but I think it's so they have you commited to that item rather than ordering it out of their own budget and having the customer bail at the last minute. I strongly feel that on higher end items like turbo's there should be a DEPOSIT charged to the card of say $200 or $500 that commits you and if you want to back out, you can.
